HOW WE GET PAID
Greg Hill Finance will not charge you a fee for the provision of their Finance Broking Service, but yes we do get paid. The Banks will pay us upon the successful settlement of a loan and in the instance of a residential home loan we are also paid an ongoing trailing income – all of which will be fully disclosed at the time you apply for a loan through us.
The beauty of this arrangement is that you pay us nothing for our service. The interest rates, bank fees and products we offer are the same as you would get should you approach the lenders yourself directly, but we have access to many more than just the one bank and all through the one point of contact.
So it costs you nothing extra to deal with Greg Hill Finance, you get to deal with Greg Hill himself and all of his knowledge and experience, and have access through that one relationship to a vast array of lenders, loans and products – why would you go anywhere else?
